i will start that this is my first attempt at a jtag...

i noticed that if the tv switch s inputs from Hdmi, while jtag is on it will reboot...

is this normal?

Its a falcon with up to date dash running the newest FSD.
used Jtag tool 3.50 to create image. i used Xell.

not a big deal just i have 2 Samsung TVs side by side and... well i don't want to give the wife that much power when she has the remote.

Are you using the default Jtag wiring or the Alternate one?

I have goggled it and it seems that the (some consoles none jtag'd) experienced this issue.i have never noticed it before on any other console i have. just this jtag..

i will try to troubleshoot it in a bit.. could be hdmi cable. i do have A/V cable hooked up aswelll, just so i can play audio through older receiver, i will try without that.

I was just curious if anyone has ever seen this before.
other than that i have no problems with it everything works.
no freezing always boots to were it should boot.

Apparently its normal for ANY phat xbox if your using the HDMI with AV cable hooked up as well, ive read no end of posts with people reporting this.

I personally never experienced that and I have 2 falcon jtags a flashed falcon and a slim 0225 and not once noticed it

and not sure if it makes a difference but I use aud_clamp and dvd tray setup

DB1F1 and FT1U2 are the same thing and are related to HDMI output. That's why this may be happening.

The Alternate Jtag/SMC I meant is this: Alternate JTAG SMC/Points Tutorial

I'll bet my life on it that this has nothing to do with it being a jtag, the simplest explanation is always overlooked.

If he's using both HDMI and an AV cable the console will reboot if he's switching inputs on the TV. The console looses the HDMI handshake, realises it has the AV cable connected so reboots to try and switch to that.

How did I miss him saying that he uses both the HDMI and A/V connection at the same time?

And, also how did he connect both the HDMI cable and A/V cable at the same time? Only one of them fits at a time...except if he is using the simple A/V cable not the component one...
