I have soldered a xecuter 2.6 lite ce on my xbox v1.3 just like this shows on this page http://www.xbox-modchips.com/tutorials/xecuter-26-install.htm
only issue is that nothing results from the install the Xbox runs just like it would if the chip was never there the led on the chip does not light up nor do the leds on the external remote light I have checked all the cable they are plugged in. all the points that are required for soldering are soldered. I was just wondering if this is normal or would I need to "flash the bios" or load a new bios.
