Is this site broken or undergoing repair?

I am trying to download the x2 bios manager 2.3 and none of the links seem to work, everything just redirects me to the main forum page. I used Mozilla, Firefox, and Explorer and all end in the same result...argh! I really want to get my new 2.6 CE up and running but I cannot get this MUCH needed tool .

Any help if I am right/wrong or just an idiot would be greatly appreciated.

They may be working on the rest of the site, I noticed that too.

Why do you need X2 Bios Manager? 5035 is already 512k, and that's all you need. Just flash it and you are ready to go.

i have the 5035 v1.6 for my xbox (v1.6...) and i was wondering if all i need to do is to burn the 5035 on a cd-r and put it in the xbox with the modchip intalled? ive read too many fourms about the same bios's and they say differents things are needed and im just confused.
