when i tried to check cpu_rst and pll_bypass with multimeter it give me this values

cpu_rst around 0.6v
pll_bypass around 0.006v
post_out around 0.4v
stby_clk around 1.5v

is this the correct vlaues or not???

you dont need to check for voltage- just resistent (if you not sure you have good conectivity)

I'm not sure what you intend to prove by doing this. Are you having a problem? You're probably better to just state what the issue is.

well yes i have a problem because the cool runner worked fine for only two times then now i have only black screen and the cool runner is not glitching only red led and i am afraid i blow something and i am absolutely sure it's not the wiring because i checked all the continuity of the wires and all look's good.

so i am trying to find a way to know what is blow by checking the voltage and resistance of those points(cpu_rst , pll_bypass , post_out , stb_clk)

i don't own a camera to send pic's

What makes you think you've blown something?

i have jasper 512mb after flash the .ecc image the xell worked perfect i got cpu key and i downloaded the full 512 nand using lan cable from xell but the problem started when i was flashing the updflash.bin with the usb stick i don't now what happened but the console has shutdown automatically and just give me a red led on the psu after that i put the fan on place and i turned it on and after about 20 or 30 sec the fan speed has increased so much and the the console shutdown automatically again and when i tried to turn it again i got nothing only the middle green led no xell or the hacked dash and also i can't back to stock because it give me 0022 (27sec) error.

so i am afraid i blow something on board and forgive me i don't have a camera to send you a pic but i am sure it's not the wiring because the xell was working perfect and very fast

Desolder STBY_CLK and clean up the area. Then try to turn it on. If it stops shutting down, resolder the wire.

the shutdown stopped since the last time with the speed fan the console is working now but no xell or hacked and the stock 0022 (27sec)

could be overheating problem?

also i want to say that i am using alt point for pll_bypass the one under the cpu + a through hole 10k resistor because the r7r17 is missed

So you've not replaced R7R17? Why not? You NEED to.

i have replaced it with through hole resistor 10k 1/4w

remove all wiring, flash stock image back and see if it works.

If not, you've damaged something else in the process..

I don't know whether there's an epidemic, but people seem allergic to posting images of their work. 95% of the problems are down to soldering (as per my sticky, entitled 'pics!') so unless you post them up, there's absolutely nothing anyone can do for you on a messageboard.

so u don't think that the cpu or gpu need reflow or reballing cause i was going to do that?

and the fact you think you've blown something tell me it's not a CPU/GPU reflow.
