Hey I am just reading some reviews for XBOX ONE consoles and I stumbled across a Youtube Video that says people can trade games by logging into the account with the game and installing it onto your own XBOX ONE Hard drive.

Is this true?

Yes, you can clone NAND and games, but it works only offline.
