yea it's illegal to download games. but people still do it. just make sure not to sell anytihng pirated if you don't wanna catch a charge and do time in the cell.
i do beleive it is if ya check the system blade it tells ya some jargon about you must agree to these terms and one which basicaly say somthing along the lines of i cant remember go check it out
