JTAG iso2god problem ....!! please help

Hi guys i have a trouble with iso2god and XBOX360 ISO Extract

i cant convert my iso to god or xex file format
i try all the programs that support this kind of convert but no solution until now

the iso2god show : ( iso2god could not locate default.xex or default.xbe.)

Xbox360 iso extract show( nothing to do with file )

others programs show ( isn't recognized as an xbox 360 iso or stealth )

please help me i download more than 3 iso
all the same result
