Isopropyl alcohol and flux leaving mark on console motherboard

I attempted to solder a trinity qsb v3 motherboard and unfortunately while soldering the qsb in to my console I found out my soldering iron was to big. So I decided that I'll order a smaller one and if that doesn't work I'll solder it directly to the motherboard. So I took it off and cleaned off whatever flux was on the mobo with some isorpropyl alcohol, However, if you shine it in the light it has a little mark its hard to see but it looks like a finger print or something without the finger lines running through them or just like a film. Any idea what this is, is it harmful, and is it fine to leave it on the motherboard.

I can tell you for a fact that flux and/or solder does not leave the sort of "mark" you are talking about.

I have done lots of RGH installs and I haven't had one single person complain.

If you clean up excess flux after soldering, you will notice that solder points look much cleaner.

If excess flux is left on solder joints, your solder points will corrode over time.

I have multiple times the smudge refuses to be removed after it dissolves it just comes right back. Also I think I might have also lifted a pad being where a solder pad used to be there is just this small dip of metal. I'm probably going to just have to buy a new motherboard now. If You could point me in the right direction of where i could buy just a normal trinity motherboard I would be greatful. Does like maybe e-bay or amazon have them?
