issue using jtag tool

So I have no problem reading the nand but when it comes with creating a FB or writing FB I get errors within the command window.

Lets take creating FB.

Then there is writing it.

I will keep getting these errors. This is by doing the advance options. If I do the normal way I get to the step after it compares my key with my nand and it says I don't have a device selected. and there isn't a way to select USB without having to click advance and just do it manually and have the same problem start all over again.

So the older version of jtag tool let me read and write just fine. The thing is that I want to use the Aud_clamp DVD_tray Open.
