my and my buddy got the xecuter finished the install arount 1:00am. it works great, we had lots of problems with the chip seating properly on the pins. we tweaked the pins alittle and now its all good. on the 18th i will be getting my 200gig hard drive and Xecuter front control panel. does any one knoe how hard it is to replace the control panel?

Just clips out from the sides and one clip in the middle.
1 connector to your controller ports 3,4 ( usb )
1 connnector to X3 chip for lcd
old switch connector
You also need to take out your power and reset switch and buttons, also there is a silicon surround around the eject button easy to do only clips in

It took longer to route the wires then to fit the X3CP but all done in 10 mins
