ive flashed my xbox, but still comes up with flashi biosscrn

HELP!!
i've flashed my xbox using flash bios 3.0.0.1 from THIS website, and it did the process like it was supposed to, but, when it turned off, i turned it back on and it still came up with the flash bios screen
i did keep the little switches on the front LED thing on '' on on off off off '' and it did everything, but when i load up the orginial xbox screen, it still says micro soft underneath and when i load from chip still flash bios screen]
HELP!!

Xbins?!

hey guys, I've been looking for a valid working download link for Xbins for awhile and haven't been able to find a working one, can anyone direct me to a valid working link please? :?: :(

no, it does not

some antivirus see easy xbins as a virus, it is not
