I flashed my replacement PCB with LT-Plus 3.0 (0272) and am getting "unrecognizable disc" error (status code: 03-57-00), is it the lens? I tried GTA San Andreas (retail) and Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection (retail 360 game, perfect condition), is it the lens or could it even be the dashboard?

Yes, this is how the file looks in JF, it has the key, and this is the file I flashed to the drive.

The original FW was 9504 and was updated by the dash to 0272, so I selected the iXtreme LT+ 3.0 for the 0272 (LTPlus-0272-v3.0.bin).

Maybe I did something wrong, do you hit spoof source to target to save the key to the LT-Plus 3.0 then save to file and then flash that?

Nope didn't work.

Has anyone else flashed 0272 firmware on the 2.0.14717 dash, just wondering if it is the dashboard (I really have no idea how this works)

Here is another log, I re-dumped "dummy" from original PCB, added to JF, autoloaded LTPlus-0272-v3.0.bin, put in vendor mode, unlocked SPI, flashed, re-locked SPI, went out of vendor mode, flipped switch back to WP=0.

Bottom line, still get "Unrecognizable Disc", I just read that LT+ 3.0 works with dash's "2.0.13599.0 - 2.0.13604" if this is true (can someone confirm) then It will not work on my 2.0.14717.0 dash?

I flashed a 0225 with that dash. Everything worked. On another note slims are so much more complicated than the phats. I wish I could be more help, but that is the only slim drive I have flashed so far.
