J Runner connection error

I am using J Runner vers. 0.1 beta (262) and in the log
it keeps comming up with connection error e.g.

Connection Error
No Updates Found

Downloaded *xeBuild/14717/_glitch.ini
Downloaded *xeBuild/14717/_jtag.ini
Checking Files
Finished Checking Files
Finished Checking Files

Am using Win7 and Kaspersky Internet Security (Not blocked in there) tried different systems still the same is this correct??

did you try rebooting your computer that may help if you didnt do so just a thought

Yes I have tried rebooting that even tried on a different system but same error message
Have tested more now strangely if I downgrade J Runner to beta vers 256 it works fine
And then when it updates to beta vers 262 online the error appears
This should rule out a firewall prob or internet security prob I would've thought
Could this be a program bug?

was the diff system connected to same internet connection ?
i just tested it here and get no problems at all

maybe a router thing ?

Good to know that you have got it to connect ok with no connection error in your log so thanks.

I am in process of changing to a Virgin Media so called super hub so will try again once that is up and running.
