Are you trying to read the NAND or program the Coolrunner?

From what you have stated with the Coolrunner's green light being lit, it still needs to be programmed.

What, of the two, are you trying to do right now?

EDIT: Oh! I didn't see your additional info hiding out in the bottom of your post. Did you get it sorted already, or you just stating that it was also plugged in?

one of your points where you connect the nand x to read the nand is not soldered correctly. there are 10 points on your qsb that it could be. go back and check them all with a magnifing glass. i had this problem 2 hours ago. now i m on glitched dash 14719

Could you please post pictures of your soldering. Can be one of two things, either your Nand-X is on its last leg, or(and I hate to assume this) it's your soldering... the "not detected error is common for weak solder points.

What the other gentlemen said about it being a solder issue, yes.

I've had it where everything looks fine from afar, but "in the beginning" I have had to retouch on all my QSB points. Lack of flux will make it a chore to get everything done the first time too.

Pictures would be very helpful for further diagnosis. :)

In your Nand
Device not found is connection error. You will need to provide your soldering connection as this will resolve this issue further more if you havent installed the driver for the Nand X then you will need to.

IMO, your soldering is fine! Maybe try another Nand-X, as mine was barely used, and it's on it's way out.

I would agree that the soldering looks good.

As o0 Elite 0o has stated, have you installed your NAND-X drivers? If not, this is your issue.

When I get discouraged with anything software/hardware related; I unplug everything, restart the computer, plug in the Xbox, and then plug in the NAND-X.

EDIT: Sorry, AteOeight! I didn't see your post. I see that's what your doing now.(diagnosing installed drivers) :)

Soldering may look decent, but it doesn't mean it is good.
Only way to exclude soldering issue is to check with multimeter for continuity and i'd reccomend doing that before you start doing anything else.

I updated my Nand-X Drivers again
and the J-runner says "Can not continue"

Anytime I accidentally shorted a NAND-X point somewheres, it would throw me a "can not continue."

As axee44 has stated, It may look fine, but re-check all your points and underneath your board too.

I had a rare case of solder building up on the NAND points underneath the motherboard and somehow I had whisker-like shorts underneath. (This was a wired install and only happened once.)

Unfortunately, this all points to a short somewheres in your soldering.
