J-Runner Error - Win32 IO Timedout

Has anyone ever seen this?
I have been using my desktop with success, but tried using 2 different laptops ending with this

Read nand - fine
Create ecc - fine
Write ecc - Win32 IO Timedout (consecutive)

This same error happens when ever i "write", and that includes writing original nand back to console using a laptop. Therefore i have to go back to the desktop. I have tried 2 different laptops. Uninstalled and Reinstalled drivers for JR V2 in laptop. Everything shows up. I know this is a pc issue
I'm trying to use a laptop because my desktop is having some hiccups due to it being older. Desktop and both laptops are running W7. disabled firewalls and antivirus as well as scanning with kaspersky and malwarebytes. Problem still exist

Having the same issue. Read Nand fine. Created ecc fine. Booted xell in less than 5 seconds. Created hack image but when writing to nand. Getting win32 io timeout when writing to nand. Tried another usb cable and nandx still getting the same error.
