RGH J-runner help

Sorry for posting here its just supposedly I'm a noob and I can't post in the real jrunner support. I rghed my slim trinity and I wanna install freeboot so I can boot into freestyle dash and apply the 30ms ping patch but I can't see the freeboot.bin file anywhere what does jrunner save it as and can someone post a tut on how to install it on a rgh slim :cool2:

if you have already rgh'ed you box why not just download fsd and install it from disc
