The pads burnt off so you have the traces left, read up on a trace repair guide, maybe with some thin wire you could solder straight onto the traces that thepads have burnt off but tbh i dunno if the reader is usable
If I were you, I'd be looking at either replacing the QSB or getting someone else to do this for you. If you're lifting pads this easily, there's no telling what else you'll be damaging.

ive had this thing sitting on my desk for a month waiting for my uncle to come do it but hes an a**h**e and never came so i decided to do it myself and of course my soldering iron is two high of a wattage. i just noticed that one of the pads under the qsb also got ripped off. so is my xbox ruined? cause this is been the most stressfull month of the past 5 years and im almost ready to trash it if its not salvagable and just go back to playing my xbox one, i would like to thank you all for your support but if theres no way of fixing this i think im just gonna give up on this whole experience and maybe save up some more cash and see if i can find one online thats not a scam. but if it is fixable i think i know someone who will ACTUALY do it for me instead of lie.
Were abouts are you located? Have a look in the buy, trade, sell section of the fourms. There are sticky posts of peoples services. Someone might sort out the pad for you at a small cost. Atm you are probably best getting a pro to fix up this for you. I did and it cost les than looking for another console. http://team-xecuter.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=150
