I have an xbox 360 slim and an older xbox before hdmi was installed on them the older one hasnt been online for 6 months , the slim has whats the easiest / cheapest way to mod one or the other . Also the older one has the ts-h943 samsung drive in it .

The slim will be better to RGH

I would mod the slim. Just because less chance of RRoD. But unless its a DG-16D4S drive.. it might cost a bit to mod. If its a Tirnity motherboard(See diagram above).. then you most likely have a DG-16D4S drive which can be moderately easy to hack.
