Jasper 16 glitches but no xell

Jasper 16mb DASH 16537/ CB 6754/ http://postimg.org/image/yb5vh9bl7/ *this is what I've done and wrote for xell* The Rjtag glitches once to four times max usually but after it loads xam *on post* no xell pops up.. have scanned ip and checked my router for connection and nothing. I have retouched my jtag qsb *note have the wire connected properly on jtag qsb and 1-3 bridged *and I know settings are right and post are great I will upload photos of boards and soldering in a little bit postimage is screwy at moment thanks for any help kinda itching my head on this one *post booted after 2 green lights Phat Selected

could of just edited your original post

based on your post output you should be booting to xell.. you have hdmi plugged in ?

also, you don't really need to use shielded cable for cpu_rst .. default blue wire works well

yeah i'm using hdmi.. tried both shielded cable was just to see if it changed anything.. idk what else to try I know soldering is ok. thanks though

Your soldering looks fine to me, but I would do as chase said and swap that shielded cable for the blue wire.

there ya go just did this one again *** one weird thing I've kinda noticed is that I know when coolrunners glitch they usually stay lit *the green led* then goes off when its done loading with this rjtag it flashes green then gets to the post 68 starting phase 1 it cuts off then is lit again and finishes the loading xam.. is that normal?

also to note is that when xell loads, the lights around the on button doesn't circle around like they are suppose to do .

idk wtf. but i took everything off and tried a jasper 256mb worked perfectly first try kinda weird..
