an update :
i didn't try de-solder CPU_RST to front side yet ... but tried different routing, and as Mr C mentioned to remove the loop (green wire), all that and same result !!
but i notice some strange thing ! ... when i tried to access Xell by the eject button it didn't work! the console as i said is glitching fine with good boot time, but xell gives me a (scattering screen-digital noise) i don't know how to describe it !! lol ... could it be bad flash?

Sounds more like the GPU complaining TBH. Flash the original NAND back and see if it still works ok.

but is the GPU complaining ... then how could i see dashboard start screen (starting animation) then freeze !!

any way the NAND-X with my friend right now, gonna do that later ...

Because these are tell-tale signs of a problem with the GPU. Check the southbridge too, as this can also cause the issue.
