Exactly what I said.
Anyway, this is so strange, when ever I bridge or desolder bridge it boots up instantly at first try, same thin happens if rewriting nand, it boots up instantly at first attempt but as soon as powered off it does not boot for several attemps no matter how long I wait, waitd upp to 10 mins several times.
Im getting crazy with this one.

Tried shielded green and blue cable, tried with a 68nF cap on the blue wire, got it to boot 5 times in a row then back to not booting for like 30 attempts.
Tried with and without bridging the built in cap at same time as using green and blue wires shielded and one end soldered to ground.
Getting nuts on this Jasper nothing seems to work.
I´ve done every possible combinaton, with or without cap bridged on the Rev B CR chip.
Shielded green cable, shielded blue cable in combination with one end to ground and without, in combination with a 68nF cap on blue cable, in combination with same setup on green cable. NOTHING WORKS!!!
BUT!! Every time I bridge or remove the bridge on the built in cap it boots instantly at first attempt then no success on the following 20 attempts.
Removing blue or green cable and then resolder those it boots on first attemp but not on the following attempts.
Tried in slim/phat mode.
When letting it on power off for a longer time it boots up instantly at first attempt then again not booting on the following attempts.
Erasing nand and rewriting give me instant boot on first attemp but not the hundreds attempt after.

I give up, this Jasper is very strange or there is a bug in the RGH that Ive just discovered.

did you tryed the switched 3v3? i think its pin 8 near the original 3v3 point
this will turn off the CR as soon u turn the xbox off so its will crate the effect of "reset" the CR...try to search for switched 3v3 point here in forums...
and dont give up mate [=[=

u can test it by unplug the xbox power and plug it back and check for boot, if its boot at 1st try i think using the switched 3v3 point can solve your problem.

As it still doesnt boot when unplugged and then replugged power back I dont think the 3v3 switch will help, done a lot of reading and it seems that its not a good idea using it.
Thx for your help my friend.
Ill give up on this one.

I read it can damage the box.
It aint booting when unplug/plug power so I dotn think 3v3 will work either.

Have you tried wiring the blue wire on top of the board and over the fan duct. This was the only way I could get a stubborn jasper 16 to boot, and boot times are pretty quick. Give it a shot :)

Edit: just to add I don't think the original blue wire is long enough so I used 30awg kynar wire. I also have a custom .jed file for jasper thanks to rf1911 if you want to try that :)
