RGH JASPER 16MB COOLRUNNER SPEED BOOTING

Hi there,

Recently I have a trouble with XBOX 360 JASPER 16MB.
I have installed RGH COOLRUNNER and don't boot.
I have conected capacitor 65nF betweet A and GND, but not success.
Then I have had a test opening the whiskers and XBOX 360 speed bootting about 1 or 2 seconds.

Not, only 5 or 6.
I dont refer to the capacitor, the shape that has over the pcb is my solution.
