So I had this Jasper going today but was getting 0022 errors intermittent. So I tried some capacitors to fix the timing with not real luck. Eventually however the system went constant 0022 each boot attempt, it was like 2 out of 3 were success then 3 out of 3 0022, unsure how this could happen.

In the end the reset glitch did infinite loop of fan reset but listen up, this isn't normal as it was doing resets each half a second! not the typical 2second or so resets. So after some major rewiring I found out about LDV's but after trying some I didn't get much luck, can't even boot into XELL as system just blinks green light and resets every half a second.

I dunno but after searching all day I have yet to find someone with an exact issue like mine, everyone has normal resets from what I can tell. The main issue is with RGH connected it won't go to xell, retail nand does 5 resets then 0022, glitch resets forever.

I have tried two different matrix chips also. This has me completely confused, is this what a bad LDV no. does? super fast resets, no xell, 0022?

Help?

I checked my connections with a multimeter, didn't see any disconnects near the hana. Will check again tomorrow but this one is weird.

the 0022 in retail image is likeley to be ldv related. That fast resetting though is a result of bad wiring/capacitors. Check your wiring/capacitors. Try to replace your wires (especially cpu_rst and cpu_pll_bypass). I don't know the correct english word, but wiki tells me they are called "chokes" (in german: ringkerndrossel); keep you wires away from them, as they disturb the signal.

EDIT: This happened to me also one time when closing the case and a cable got stuck between a screw and the case (so the isolation went off), causing it to contact the metal plate in the case.....

In this case its a matrix chip but atm I have no RGH, this is happening on stock nand with it disconnected. Just wish I knew what this FAST resetting meant.

I was wondering if somehow I increase my LDV by using capacitors?

I mean I updated it to latest firmware, then dumped nand, then flashed the RGH and it did boot. This has resulted due to me trying to adjust timings with capacitors, just don't see how.

Dude, guys here doesn't like product from other team, since you are using matrix and asking in a TX forum (coolrunner). Next time, dont tell them what brand you are using. I understand since I'm too not a coolrunner user, and this forum have a lot of users who are willing to help, unlike matrix team forum which doesn't have much member.

You dont increase LDV by capacitors. Where did you get that idea?
You edit LDV using multibuilder, in their option.ini, set [cfldv = ] to your desired LDV.

But since you cant boot to xell, (I'm guessing you have a stock xbox, read nand, install glitcher, fail, write back nand, fail) There is no way your LDV can change. So you can forget about editing LDV. Beside, you can only check what LDV you have by booting to Xell.

its most likely your soldering because one time accidently bridged a point and got 0022 fixed it and it boots

Thread closed - let's get one thing straight.

It's not that we 'don't like' any other products. This is a TX support site for TX customers. You bought a rival product? Sure, go over to their excellent support forums.

What's that you say? There aren't any? Well next time buy TX and we'll support you.
