Description of problem:

Okay, so. I was able to get J-Runner to flash Xell to the NAND "As seen above". I started trying different setting to get the console to boot "Only HDMI Connected + A/V", I've tried almost every single combination to get the console just to boot, no luck.
(This includes soldering the 1.2V setting and the 1.8V setting, changing the Aud_Clamp setting, and I would switch every dip, keeping 8 and 7 on)

I would usually get the 3 Red ring. I know that's normal. But on the other hand, I would sometimes just the fourth ring red ring "I've heard that's a hardware problem. But my console booted fine before..". And on a rare occasion, the console would be trying to boot for 10 minutes. I have no idea that the problem is. Can someone please help?? Thanks in advance

Clean up and resolder properly. If you can't, find someone who can.

remove the ribbon from the POST OUT QSB.

Next get a multimeter. Set range to 200kohms maximum.

Put the black probe on any ground point on the board and the red probe on the POST 0 pad. Note the value.
Do this for all POST pads (0-7). The PSU should be disconnected.

Any points which show no value are not soldered properly.
