jasper 16mb wont boot to dash

hi people, been getting help from blakey, im not a noob etc. but

i rgh a jasper 16mb nand

installed coolrunner fine, xell boots etc. when i make the gg image it wont boot to dash...

after like 8 -9 glitch attemps the fans speed up a bit like it has booted but it doesnt load anything...

made image with multibuilder and .ecc.. tried .ecc with python direct

any one else had this problem? im flashing the original nand back now too see if it boots etc

Place cap on cool runner? Also how did you route your wires? Post pics it'll be more help.
