Description of problem:

Have Recently Installed a R-JTag into a jasper and cannot get it to boot in xell.
all the soldering looks ok as far as i can see and i dont appear to have done any obvious damage. I have installed a few rgh cr3 pro in the past but this is my first rjtag.
I created Xell Reloaded and wrote Xell to nand all appears to work fine, but xbox wont boot.
I have tried to write a retail ecc back to nand but it wont boot either i am hoping i havent done any damage can any one help me please?

i did that and no boot on retail nand. removed 5v to rjtag as well as ribbon and no joy.

i have this under bad blocks for my nand

It must do something with retail.. Even if it's RRoD within the minute.

Bad blocks are not an issue here.

That's overheating, nothing more.

You're looking for 3 red lights. I'm assuming you've still got the POST ribbon removed?

Please stop posting until you have a change of situation.

2 red lights is overheating, so you need to check everything is back where it should be. Leave 5v & GND connected. Just disconnect POST_OUT.

If you can't get anything from it, I suggest removing the R-JTAG board completely.

I finally got xell to boot and got my cpu key by the ip scan and get cpu key.
but it is now saying wrong cpu key how can this be any ideas guys?

nar i cant get it to boot on stock nand for some stupid reason so i just wrote xell ecc and it finally booted xell and got cpu key but then go to create image says wrong cpu key have checked it so many times it is correct
