RGH Jasper 16mb wont boot xell

My soldering is perfect, I have made enough of these consoles to know it is. When I try booting xell the center light just flashes and does not boot. The CR is pulsing so I know it is trying to boot. The dash version on this console is 9199 so it is exploitable. I even tried to update the dash to 14699 but it wouldn't let me so its still on 9199. If I leave it for awhile while its trying to boot xell the center LED will stop flashing. I have also had this problem on a Pre NXE xbox but I just went and Jtagged it. This console also had no bad blocks in reading the nand. Dont know what the problem is but it would be awesome if someone could help. Thanks

Can you post your J-Runner log?

Also, check continuity between the Coolrunner pads and the alt soldering points to ensure everything is connected.

Okay, I got Xell to boot and got my Cpu key. I then proceeded to write the files until it was all good. I had to use jtag tool because J runner wouldnt let me open it. I got the console to boot to start up screen then black screened. Not sure what that is all about. The boot time is terrible to I tried to install a cap on Ground and A, but then glitch LED wasn't flashing. Not really sure what to do from here. Thanks

Without any log it's hard to say.

What wouldn't J-Runner let you open? Can you still boot to XeLL using the eject button?

This RGH has been very frustrating but it is all good now. After writing my modified nand to the console it would boot to startup then freeze. I just decided to unsolder some of my wires and solder them to alternate points which actually did the trick, all I need now is a cap to help with the boot times. Thansk

I also have a xenon that I have been working on and it gets E79 after I write Xell. Any way to fix this without getting the E79 Jtag kit? Thanks

I think yes.

I've not had to use the E79 kit ONCE in all the Xenon's I've JTAG'd.
