Jasper 16mb won't give any xell at all please help

Description of problem:
I tried many trials ….
Tried the aud_clamp and tried to disable it
Tried the 1.2v and 1.8 volt jumpers
Tried to make 1-6 dips …one by one …ofcourse with 7,8 ON ( for jaspers)
The main piece give green led every 5 seconds ….but there is no RROD as usual ….it continues to give green led every 5 seconds with no RROD even if I left it for 15 minutes ….
I faled even to enter it in xell to grab cpukey
What can I do ???
Was the console working before you started: Y
And when inject back the original nand …it works fine

U need a jr programmer v2 for rater

also make sure aud_clamp is selected in jrunner since ur using it

You should have bought the ultimate kit. RATER is imperative to troubleshooting installs.

Get a J-R Programmer v2.

I can't really tell from your screenshot. When you selected the JTAG radiobox, you did check the AUD_CLAMP and R-JTAG boxes right?

If so, there's not much else we can do here unless you do as Martin says and get a JRPV2. You see the POST monitoring is a magical thing. We'll be able to point out the issue straight away

I made 3 phat consoles before without the rater indeed .... i was trying , till boot correctly
But this time there is no RROD at all , what is wrong ?

You're not following the correct course of action for support?

From your pics, your using the orig CPU_RST point. May want to try the alt point while you're waiting on a JR programmer.

Did you build and write an R-JTAG AUD_CLAMP XeLL image to the console's NAND?

What do you get with dip switches 7, 8 and 5 ON?

Does the console still boot fine with the stock NAND image written (and 5v desoldered from the R-JTAG PCB)?

yeah I wrote the aud_clamp xell to the nand
I will follow your dips recommdation 7,8,5 on and repost ...rater again .....when I iject back the original nand ...and desoldered the 5v wire ...it boots so fine again

now 5,7,8 are ON ,,,,,,, aud_clamp enabled and xell ofcourse ....giving that rater and didn't stop till now

Okay, so it's failing at 0x21 which means you need to try another dip switch.

Remember, dip switches 7 and 8 should always be ON along with ONE other dip switch (1 through to 6).

Try again with dip switch 4 ON.

I would let it run for 5+ cycles each time before trying another dip switch.
