7,8 ,3 ON gave Most Fails(cumulative): 0xA0
Most Fails(cumulative): 0x2E
Shutdown
Do you see any red lights on the RF board when it fails at 0x2E?

I can't be 100% sure, but it might be time to reflow or reball the CPU and/or GPU (this is unusual for Jasper boards, but not impossible for either of the two chips to fail).

I can't see a problem with your soldering, but for the sake of argument, move the CPU_RST wire to R8C2 on top of the board.

My Jasper Boots best at 3-4 on the Dips. 1.2V Jumper and 470pf. Are you trying different Voltages & Resistances on the R-Jtag QSB?

Also some of your QSB Points look pretty Cold. Might be lighting though.

i see from Rater guide that always 0xA0 means that there is bad soldering in E/F points ...but i see that they are so good ....is there any alternatives i can try to E/f points ???

A0 is a total failure, return it back to 2E and try to heat up the processor a little bit by blocking airflow from the fan with a piece of paper. I might boot. I know it sounds ridiculous. I had a Zephyr which I returned back to stock with this symptom. I'm not the only one who encountered with this problem. Someone even reported similar thing with a Jasper.

Start your own thread please with pictures here is the template to fill out.

Also here is Ubergeeks quick explanation of post codes.

UNDERSTANDING POST CODES

The POST codes can seem a bit daunting - like we said this isn't for amateurs. However, once you get used to using RATER it becomes reasonably straight forward so don't panic

  • Full fail = 0xA0 as last post
  • 0x21 or 0x22 or 0x87 as last post means that all checks were passed but something went wrong, possibly glitch timing wrong or too deep
  • If u get all 0xA0 on any dips then install is wrong, like cpu_rst or E/F is badly soldered
  • If you get 0x21, this usually means you are 1 DIP past optimal e.g DIP 4 gives 21-22 and DIP 5 gives 21.
  • Sometimes it will fail on 0x2E - this is way down on the boot cycle. This generally points to bad wiring or that an RROD is on the way and a reflow may be required or ideally a reball, specifically on the CPU.

Go to the section you need help in, in this case use rgh/jtag for noobs . then click start new thread in the green oval

EDIT: use the r-jtag section as this is r-jtag
