Alright Gents, I am going to reach out again to everyone for help on this. I have a Jasper 256 that is driving me bezerk!!!! I can write both Xell/Xellous to the Nand and can write the original Nand back to it and it works like original. My issue is that every time I make a Freeboot and write it to the Nand I get a Error 250 at block C80. The Jasper will load up and just Freeze at the XBox Logo. I can hit the menu button and pull up the menus, but everything runs slow and just goes to a black screen. I am using the Pin Header method with the ALT SMC Points and DVD Tray. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, I have read all the Remapping threads and nothing seems to work for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

C80 is actually in the memory block.

Erase with nandpro, write xell update to xellous and then do freeboot. Or rewirte original nand format memry.

Nand only 3FF

When you say erase with Nandpro, do you mean the entire Nand or just the C80? Because I tried to erase the C80 and it gave me an error. What do you mean by ReWrite Original Nand Format Memory? This is bugging me, because I just did my buddies Jasper 256 and didn't have any of these issues.

1. Restore your NAND. Make sure it boots ok.
2. Use NANDpro to dump the first 1000 blocks - you don't need anything dumped after this.
3. build freeboot with this 1000 block NAND dump and you should get a 64MB 'system only' Freeboot image.
4. Flash this to your console instead.

Martin, So I did restore my original and it booted fine, and then went ahead and dumped the first 1000, but ran into the 250 Error at C80 again. I created Freeboot and wrote to the Nand and got 250 Error C80. I turned on the box and it loaded but then Froze and i am exactly where i was before. Do you think there might be something wrong with Nand on the box itself, since I am continually getting this 250 Error: C80?
