Jasper 256 Freezing at xbox logo screen

it happens every time. I cant get past the xbox logo screen

i went into smc settings and tried to adjust values for power mode and vsc.

8080-8665
8180-8665
8280-8665
8380-8665
8480-8665

8380-8555
8480-8555

I still have the same issue (console works fine on retail)

Anyone have any other values to try?

which hack ya using? got any good clean imgs of all soldering? jrunner logs might help also.
