After dumping the nand twice and programming the coolrunner, as well as flasing the ecc image to the console, then wiring everything up, I tried to turn the console on, and this is what I get:

Here are my install pictures:

Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance!!

The CPU_RST point is fine, it's the same as the underside spot.... just on top :).

OP: How did you build and write your ECC image?

The CPU_PLL_BYPASS wire looks like it's bridging also, double check that (trim a couple mm off the end if you can).

I got it off ebay... And I've put the reset wire on top, the the point goes straight through the motherboard so it can be wired on either side. From my experience it lowers boot times on jaspers and that's why I do it.

I used Jtag tool to create and write the ECC image. I also use the nand x. I resoldered PLL and this is the best my camera could focus...

The RoL gets its activity from the SMC/Southbridge, so might be worth checking this area.
I examined the Southbridge area and I don't find anything wrong with it...

Could the SMC be bad? Should I try reflashing the ECC with 360 multibuilder?

I'll be damned, it was the ECC image. I reflashed a 360 MB image and it booted first try!!!

Yep, JTAG Tool has been known to build incorrect ECC images, possibly the SMC in this instance.
