What's the CB version? Were there any bad blocks in the original NAND dump?

how many copies did you get of the original nand?

Did you have any bad blocks?

Did you try and flash a copy of the original nand dump back to the xbox to see if it boots?

First rule when messing with xbox's flash is to check that the dumps are ok before writing anything to the NAND.

I'm not sure if it can be done as I have never had to do it before, but you might be able to. We still need to know the details of your dash/kernel and see if you can extract your KV (encrypted obviously)!!!

Are the info not showing on 360 flash tools?

The CB will be right and wouldn't be affected by the NAND dump, if it did it simply won't be readable that's all. If you're Jasper MFR date is past 15th June 2009 then it's probably why it's not exploitable.
