Yes i am sorted now.

Only one question do i have two write back the original nand before starting over again.

Ok, so are you getting the write error in the same block every time? Try and restart your computer then connect everything up and write again if you haven't done so already. Let me know how you go.

If you have a good dump saved you don't need to write it back. You actually only needed to write back the first 50 blocks to get it working again but too late now (common sense as ECC is only 50 blocks long). 2 red lights is normally overheating, so you'll probably find one of your heatsinks are loose. Any chance you pulled the board out of the chassis by the CPU heatsink? Yep, another error!

I guess if you follow some guide and haven't really got a clue what anything is then you get so far and get stuck (panic) fuk up then you don't realy know what you have done
