I just brought a jasper 360 noticed when I put 0rginal 360 game in said play dvd :facepalm: which means key doesn't match motherboard so I tried a update got a cooo-0099 xbox 360 error any ideas thanks

You need to RGH your system to pull the CPU and DVD keys from the motherboard, verify you have the correct DVD Drive, then flash stock firmware to your dvd drive with the correct DVD key.

What other input do you need wildcard already told you what you need to do.
rgh for drive key, flash that to the drive with stock fw and then try update again

Yes, only if you have the correct key flashed to the correct drive. I would just build a new retail image on the latest xebuild dash, and update from there. I say this because the incorrect drive, with the update will put Xbox live flags in the nand, and there is a good chance it will get banned if you finish the update and sign on to xbox live. My way clears all of those flags, and XBL will never know there was anything wrong.

I went ahead and put the glitch image boots instant to 3 cycles without and caps or resisters but im taking it back retail lol just wanted to see how she glitched:wink:
