if u solder the cap or if your coolrunner is revision b. its a jumper your boot times should be dam near instant i have a rgh bb512 jasper that boots in under 5 sec every time no need to change your wires.. either solder the cap or the jumper use good tape or hot glue to hold your wires in place and reassemble for use.....
