Photos (clear, high res please) of all areas where you have soldered to see if you have any bridged points etc.

Only guessing can be done, unless we can see what you have on your end

What colour is the light on the power brick when your console is off and then what colour does it turn when you switch the console on? If you are not getting any power at all and your power brick light is yellow/green then I would suggest checking your stb_clk point but as JayDee advised please post clear good quality pics so it would be easier for us to help you.

power brick light is orange(default OFF) and im not getting any power at all, installed coolrunner on it just to check if my solding is fine before reading nand, light psu blinked once after pressing the On button on psu. after removing coolrunner no power atall. i cant even read nand.

Sounds like bridged points somewhere, but again, Photos that are sharp and show the soldering in detail is needed. If you cant provide that, then we are only guessing....

Checked all traces with Multimeter, after plugging in power supply volts do circulate. no point or trace is damaged or burned, i have done 5 jaspers before. this one just went off after installing coolrunner and turning it on, installed that same coolrunner in another jasper and it worked fine.

Whoa your archive is 50MB+ in size.........I'm downloading it now but damn mediafire is slow as a wet weak. I'll take a look and get back to you.

Meanwhile, have you checked for 12v and 5v standby voltages to make sure they are all present?

Just looked through all the pics and the only thing that I could really see that was of any significance was what looks like a scratched trace next to the hana STB_BY CLK point. I'm not sure if you deliberately scratched that point to perform a repair of it is just a bad picture but if there is in fact a cut trace at that point then that would cause the system not to power up.

Sounds like standby_clk is damaged, that's the most likely problem.

check what RavenPhoenix suggested it was fine, then checked resistance of R4B24 value for that resistance wasn't 34ohm so i replaced it from the dead mobo i had, booted fine thanks RavenPhoenix and martinc :D.
