I have spent well over 6 hours trying to figure this out.

I get the the coolrunner green light flashing, but no glitch. The fans do not change either.

I have reflashed the coolrunner to make sure is has the jasper flash. I have remaked and reflashed my ecc file using multibuilder 0.7.

I have resoldered my point multiple times as well. I think the soldering looks pretty good.

I have also tried with the cap and moving the wires.

Edit: I also tried moving the blue wire to the top side of the board as well. I reflashed original nand and with cr in pro it boots fine. if cr on just red light as it should. reflash ecc and cr red on green flashing, I have tried rebooting and leaving it for around 5-10 minutes at a time. Any other suggestions would be great.

Here are the pics of my board.

You need a cap on the ground and point a.

Plenty of posts stating this..

Also use some flux and tidy up them solders.

I already resoldered it all again after cleaning it all up. I also tried moving the blue wire to the top of the board. no fan speed pulse.

I went through and removed everything and cleaned the board up. I resoldered everything. I get the green light flashing. Sometimes it flashes only once, sometimes more no more than 5-6 times. Then it stops flashing. Nothing on the screen though. I have tried hdmi, component and composite to two different tv's. I also reflashed my original nand to check, and it boots fine that way.

You could try with a higher capacitor value if you got one. I'm using 150nf on Jaspers.

If that doesn't help its your wire positioning or though it looks fine to me.

try 68nf or 100nf inline on cpu rst ( pay attention not on gnd, one leg on your wire one leg on your coolrunner pad ). Im sure it's work in your cause

STBY_CLK might be bridged, try working on that one.
I have moved my STBY_CLK to the bottom alt point to check that, no change.

I believe Colorado is right. Try and get a 6750 donor image from someone.
using multibuilder 0.7 I get the message that a donor nand is being used for 6751

I will try this out and see if it works.

have you tried the cap like in the pic

Another troubleshooting tip: Switch the CoolRunner to Slim and see if the times improved - this works for some :rolleyes2:

also you could try xeBuild GUI_v1.1 to build your image.

I have the cap on gnd to A. I tried the inline cap on d with that as well. I just took everything off and am starting over again. I'll try xeBuild and see how that goes too.

Also I tried with it switched to slim, but the green light doesn't flash at all.

Edit: Any info on if or how to create ecc with xeBuild?

That what I figured and have been using.

I'm starting over now from scratch. I removed everything, cleaned up the board, and reflashed the orig nand. It's booting that way, so in all of this at least the board is still fine.

In the meantime I got my falcon all wired up and done in less than 15 minutes.
