I installed a coolrunner in a jasper 512mb and the issue that I am having is that the coolrunner does not flash green. I made sure that the coolrunner was flashed with the proper file and flashed the xbox with an ecc file created in multi builder v07. Will a cap help this situation or should I look at my points again?

I seem to have damaged the PLL bypass point and the resistor that is run in series.
The xbox would boot and after a few seconds it would show 3 red rings. With help i was able to create a new point from where the resistor starts and put a 10k resistor and soldered it to the alternate point. On the alternate point side I added the pll bypass wire off the coolrunner.
Now the xbox doesn't RROD any more. Every other point seems fine but I will try to post pics soon.

Will you post pictures of your replacement resistor and how it's installed? I'm kind of in this situation myself....
