Jasper 512mb not boot only if use a Falcon Power supply

I'm trying to make a RGH1 in a Jasper 512mb big block, but the console only starts with a power supply of a falcon 175W, does not work with standard power supply of 150W. The standard power supply works good and have tested it on another consoles, and it tested other 150w power supplyes fron other Jaspers. Anyone have any idea what this is? I tried using various types of capacitors but without success.

Is this a MS refurb?
Double check to make sure its a jasper. How many storage devices are listed under the storage settings? You're positive it has a 512 MU?

does anything happen when you try to power it with 150W PSU? if it by some reason was a falcon with broken/wrong PSU connector i think it should RROD becouse it dont get enought power. It makes no sense if nothing happens with that supply but works good with the 175W PSU.
