Hey all, I've been trying to do a jasper for a customer for a couple days now. Here's what I've done so far:
1: read the nand twice with jtag tool, bad block at bd every time. I tried repairing with xnandhealer gui, and it couldn't read it.
2: flashed ecc file, got an error programming block 0 over and over. grabbed cpu key okay.
3: installed ggbuild 13604 dash with the rawflash elf, and it suddenly was very erratic. I put the mobo back in the cage, making sure to run cpu_rst near the green (pll?) wire avoiding coils. The console won't boot most of the time, and of the 2 times it did, it took more than 2 minutes.
4: I tried making another image with 360 multibuilder, and still didn't get anything.
I also got a clean image and used jtag tool to rebuild the bad nand.
5: tried installing the included capacitor between points a and ground, cpu_rst and ground, and putting a capacitor on each area, and still the console refuses to boot.
I'm at a loss guys. I have plenty of soldering experience (this is the 10th console I've rgh'd, and I did 11 jtags back in the day, as well as numerous other things.)
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Solved! For anyone having issues with boot times, Here's a mod I came up with:
People have been theorizing that the reason some consoles have difficulty booting is because of interference from areas on the motherboard. So, to fix this, I added a layer of electrical tape underneath the wires as well as over them. Here is the end result:

Basically, this jasper 16mb was REFUSING to boot consistently, even with the capacitor mod in place. Now, it boots in ~15 seconds (With Cap and tape)
