J2D2.2 should also be 1.5k ohm, not 200 ohm. If it is 200 ohm, this is more than likely the problem. I would attempt reflowing/reballing/replacing the GPU, if you have the tools for it, if not install rgh1. TMS/TDI arent needed for anything other than jtag hack. RGH1 should work with out updating, but to be on the safe side, update to no later than 13699.

Will try...but now i dun have the cool runner..have to order from the internet.
Now if i flash it back with the original 7371, can can i direct update to the 13599 dash?
Should i remove the efuse?

Yes move to the Q2N1 leg and then use AUDCLAMP from Jrunner

Already try. J2d2.2 to aud clamp, j2d1 remain to the location, still same, no joy.

If you dont have the tools to reflow/reball the gpu, or if there is an issue with the gpu revolving around the j2d2.2 point, then it is easier to rgh1, and the boot times are almost as good as jtag, so what is there to loose? While it would be nice to jtag it, it doesnt seem like it is going to be something the op is able to do.
