I've tried everything w/o any lucky.

I got 2 CR here, tried with both and nothing. When I put the stock nand back the console boot perfectly with CR soldered on board and the switch @ PROG.

Also i had those problems while reading nand to compare. But i heard that the ecc block were 1~50, if no bb on those the xel would boot perfectly so I'm looking for something else.

When I power up the CR, I get the red light on and the green light don't even flash 1 time, and i've tried with 2 CR boards both programmed with jasper.jed on Impact programed and verified.

Wires: Resoldered all points and checked for continuity, all good too.

PS: I'm using the cap. that comes with the CR board, 68nf.

Any idea of what is going on?

Thanks anyway~

Tried create the .ECC with Jtag tools, Multi Builder all v.0.3~0.5, python, bestpig all those programs and nothing, tried using the 512mb dump and the 64mb dump stock to make the .ECC nothing too. The xbox's green light flashs after 5~7 secs then stops for about 1,5 secs then flashs again. Sometimes the xbox's green light don't even flashs.

when you have soldered the orange wire to the right pad, flash your org nand back, set the cr to nor and phat, then see if the console then boots

Yeah if I were you I'd skip that pad, I always go straight to the alternate point. It's so much easier to solder. Did you manually remap block 22?

If you want help bud, you'll need to get better pics of your soldering. Right now I'd say CPU_PLL_BYPASS is the problem.
The CPU_PLL_BYPASS is really fine soldered, can't get better pics right now, forgot my cam @ work. The console boots fine with stock nand.

I think I need to do that, cuz I just got the Xell running and got the cpu key, made the nandflasher.bin flashed on console while flashing rawflash showed a lot of erros (bad blocks) but finished. When I turn the console on the hacked dashboard freezes on xbox logo... Any idea... or that means i need to remap the bad blocks and which program do i need to use to do that?

I remember that problem. MultiBuilder helps you remap all that. If you remapped it in the beginning for xell, you need to unmap it before building the freeboot image with MultiBuilder, or it will crash at the video boot up.
Just tried that and got the same errors on rawflasher
