RGH Jasper BB 6751 Glitch Problem

I have a Jasper BB 6751 512MB, that just wont glitched . I use TX Coolrunner, with several combinations :

1. Plain - no additional caps : Green light 1X blink
2. 680pf cap on A & Gnd : Green light 2 X blink
3. 68nf on D & Gnd : Green light blinks constantly - No boot, no Xell
4. 100nf on D & Gnd : Green light blinks constantly - No boot, no Xell

All wiring : perfect
ECC : perfect (using donor 6750)

Tried using Matrix with same combination : Still same result

Maybe this is just another non glitchable 6751 Jasper BB ? or any other hint?

tried Rogero's multi builder (donor): No good
Tried using python (type manually - of course using donor) : No good

Total 7 Jasper BB 6751, only 3 perfect glitch, other 4 wont glitch.
All other16Mb Phats 100% glitchable including 6751
All other slims 100% glitchable..

Just that 4 stubborn Jasper BB 6751 that just wont glitch.........
