was just making you realize that with a slim console , you're gonna glitch your board in 15 secs , don't you have better things to do than playing 2 weeks in a console , how much are you paid by the hour bro , what a waste of time , go on make quotes until you reach 350 pages on this thread and you'll comeback in your head and say , F... i don't want to admit it but that dude was right! just tryin to make your life more easy bro , buy a SLIMMMMMMMMMMM
Not everything is made because of money, I believe tht this is his own console, no need to buy another one. I don't mind writing 350 pages to find a solution, because actually there are some people here with a Fat that doesn't boot RGH, what a curious thing right? Worth finding an explanation IMHO.

hot glue my friend like you said lol
Yeah lol I don't even remember my own words

How much time do you let the console reset before changing dips?

any where from 20 seconds to 1 minute, I see the console debug light go off at least 4 to 8 times before shutting it off

I would allow some more time, I usually Wait 5 minutes. If the installation is fine, it should boot with the default dips within 10 minutes(that's my personal experience)

If it does boot within that time frame, what would I do to tune it to a lower time?

Playing with the lenght of the wires, caps, resistors Maybe. Have you ripped any trace? Have you tried to put everything in default posición and let it glitch 5 or 10 minutes? With and without the long wire

I now am trying with double sheileded cable since i had no luck with long wire but i dont think anything is going to happen, there is occasional dim green light before big green flash if that means anything?

That is caused by CPU_Rst AFAIK

What is that and is that the reason it wont glitch?
CPU_Rst is the Reset wire, (D, M Or G it depends if you are using R-JTag or RGH2+)

Have you ripped any trace? What point are you actually using? Have you grounded the shielded cable?

What do you mean by trace like the pad or lines connecting to the pad..I'm pretty sure I haven't, dim green doest happen every time it cycles. I'm using rgh 2 so the shielded cable is soldered to g and yes i grounded the cable
