RGH jasper crash

hello...
i have jasper 512mb
i paied for someone to install for me rgh coolrunner..
everything work great but after 2 weeks... today i play beckup game..
and the xbox froze and show me blue screen and no signal on tv...
after i turn off the xbox and try to turn on it again in dont turn on... at begining just start for second and turn off...
after i unplug the kinect... its stop turn on..
no green light....
i see from that on the chip there is red light...

what can i do to solve this problem...??

i cant contact with this man anymore....

i am sorry i dont have screw that much...
now i plug the xbox try to turn on... and see 3 red light blinking fast...
what worng with that?

Try and let the console cool down for about 30mins and then turn it on if it still wont boot up and shows 3 red lights i suggest that you talk to the person you brought the console of and ask for a replacement, repair or refund.
