Jasper has RROD then Reflowed to working order , can i install a CR4 XL ?

hi guys , i recently bought 3 Jaspers and ive installed a CR4 on 2 of them. The last one has been Reflowed and most likely has RROD at some point even though the seller said it hasnt RROD. I was wondering if i still can install a CR4 in it or cause it has RROD its not possible.
