RGH Jasper not booting/glitching xell blank screen

i have done 3 slims so far and this will be my first phat if i can get it to work the coolrunner has the red light and flashes green every couple of second but it doesnt boot to xell

ive cleaned and re soildered the wires and tried a different coolrunner just incase and also thought i would try a 68nF 100V Ceramic Capacitor across PLL_BYPASS (A) & GND just in case still nothing

ive tried muti builder and jtag tool to make the files but still no luck

any ideas

Is the chip flashing ? If not check the wiring

Edit , sorry just saw that it is flashing .

I would reprogram the chip and reinstall the xell image .

Also make sure the chip is switched to "slim"

i have got a couple coolrunners and tried a different one makes no differences

i tried muti builder 02 and 03 and jtag tool and still cant boot into xell

il try the switch on slim and see EDIT just tried the switch on slim no differences

guess what it booted wooooooohooooooooo took its time il put some pics up so you guys can see my wires and see if we can make it boot quicker
