Hi there,

this is my first Glitch. I did everything according to this tut:

http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75945

I'm at the point, where the box should boot into xell where I could read my CPU-key. Everything was working so far, but the boot to xell leaves only an blank screen (no signal) and a flashing green light on the box. My fear is, I might have damaged something as I was soldering Ground to the AV-port. For a short time the soldering iron was touching the board (red circle on my pic). Is it possible that I have damaged a circuit with that action ? If yes, my eye can't see it. Is it possible to check this with a multimeter ? If this is not the problem, maybe it is my soldering. Is there somewhere a tut, how I could check my soldering with a multimeter ? I'm open to any suggestions.

The damage at that point should't affect your glitch. IS the green light on the CR lighting? Also the end wire on the CR looks like it could be pushed in and soldered better.

Before you mess with your wires open your dump with 360 flash tool and check your CB version. I found out the hard way that Jtag tool has not been updated to work when you have a 6751 CB. I screwed one of my boards by soldering and unsoldering a hundred times and then found this out. So check that first! If you do have a 6751 CB, use multi builder 0.7 and it will glitch the first time.

360 Dump Tool says: CB 6750. So this should work, right ? Is it normal that the right side in the tool says "Bad ..." everywhere ?

With my initial picture, I just wanted to rule out, that the blank screen diesn't come from a damaged circuit. I put another pic up from this place.

yes that is normal as long you haven¨t put in your cpu key

like said earlier, post pic of your soldering and wire route

Ok, top tip with the coolrunner pads. Flux the pads, tin your iron then hold some solder onto the pad and touch with your iron it wil leave a nice smooth bubble in the CR pads. Then touch the wire to be soldered onto the pad, touch the wire with the iron and it will take perfectly. I'd resolder all your CR wires.

You realy thin that the yellow cable is the problem. It is solid fixed to the coolrunner. I will resolder it. Are there some points on the board where I could check with a multimeter, if ther soldering is good or not ?

Your CPU_PLL_BYPASS point looks too close to the other components.

Can you confirm that with the original 50 blocks reflashed back that your console it boots still?

Hi Martin,

how do I reflash the first 50 Blocks of original nand ?

With nandpro ? What is the exact command ?

I have reflashed the first 50 blocks of the origial nand. Now I get a RRoD and still a blank screen. What can I do now ?

So, now I have removed my wiring (I only left red and black in place).

Removing green --> green light blinking (no RRod), no signal on screen

Afterwards removing yellow, blue and orange --> RRoD, no signal on screen.

So, after removing those 4 wires, the box is still not booting and I don't get a signal on the screen.

Additionally, I have the pics of the left soldering on the back without the wires attached.

Any suggestions ?

Can you post some pix of the solder points on the top of the board.
