Description of problem: Nand read went fine.. wrote xell fine but will not boot xell
things i have tried... change jumper.. aud_clamp no differance.. got the chip running on 3.4 volts ..

2.0.14719 is your orig dash r-jtag will not work you need to be on dash 15574 min

i took it off and jumped 1-2 so its on the correct wire part of the board but not connected to the jtag

so what can i do now? re-flash with stock nand.. and de-solder everything

can i do a normal jtag with my console? i thought it would work with my dash..

You need to unsolder 5v. Write back stock and update your dash.

then redump nand and make an xell image and retry


Also re do your audclamp.

You need to flash back to stock, update to latest dash and carry on. You can just de-solder the power to the rjtag and turn off the qsb

allright, aud clamp installed with 1+3 jumped 5.5v d-soldered nand written and successful... no boot and no lights

when i repaired the r2p12 i went from the jtag board to the other side of the resistor... should i do the repair on the mobo and then put the jtag board overtop?

i did try to boot, no lights no nothing only indication i pressed the on button was the fans turning on and powersuply went green

is there anyway i can trace back r2p12 resistor to replace it? i cant find its original pad on the mobo

Australia, i would like to do it through someone on the forum is there is someone local enough..

otherwise it will probably end up at ozmodchips and i dont want to know how much he will charge
